Men's Invitation Meeting 0900 Shotgun Rules
<p>MEN’S INVITATION MEETING CONDITIONS 1. Eligibility. Open to 7-Day Adult Male Members. 2. Format. The Men’s Invitation Meeting is a 18-hole 4BBB stableford event with a morning shotgun starts. It is played on a handicap basis. Additional tee times will be made available for those teams who wish to play a social game of golf after the meal. 3. Guests. A guest must be an adult male member of a recognised golf club and have a handicap. A 5-Day member of West Byfleet Golf Club may not be a guest. 4. Entry Fee. The entry fee will be determined by the Committee and will include coffee on arrival, lunch and prizes. 5. Tees. Tees will be determined by the Club for the day. 6. Closing Date. The closing date for entries will be detailed on the entry form. The General Manager is authorised to take entries after this date if the limit on numbers has not been reached. 7. Prizes. Prizes awarded for first three finishers. Additional prizes at the discretion of the General Manager or his Deputy. 8. Ties. In the event of a tie there will be a Card Play-off. See Definitions in Section 1. 9. Handicap Allowance. Competitors will play off the Playing Handicap indicated in the IG app or by the competition organisers. In four-ball better ball each player’s Playing Handicap will be calculated as 85% of his Course Handicap, rounding only at the end of the calculation Format Eligibility. From 0745 Coffee 0900 AM 4 BBB Stableford - Shotgun Two Course Lunch £50 Per Pair (18 Holes) Members to sign up as individuals within the timed four ball slots, with your preferred playing partners you will be allocated a shotgun Tee tee once the booking closes on the 20th August 2021 </p>
