Visitors Guidelines

Welcome to West Byfleet Golf Club

We are dedicated to providing a warm and inclusive environment for all who visit our club. To ensure that everyone enjoys their time here, we kindly ask our visitors to adhere to the following guidelines:

General Conduct:

- We believe in treating everyone with respect and courtesy, whether they are fellow members, staff, visitors, or contractors.

- Your behaviour should reflect inclusivity and a welcoming attitude towards others at all times. Bullying or intimidatory behaviour is not tolerated, as we strive to maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere for all.

In the Clubhouse:

- Please respect our dress code while inside the clubhouse, ensuring an appearance that aligns with our standards. ( Link to dress code )  

- Please keep mobile phones on silent and no calls are to be made or received within the clubhouse ( Link to mobile phone policy ).

- Please also observe our smoking & vaping policy. ( Link to smoking policy )

On the Golf Course:

- Play with integrity and sportsmanship, respecting both fellow players and the course itself. ( Link to Rule 1.2a of the Rules of Golf ) 
- Ensure safety by promptly calling out "Fore" for errant shots and maintain a safe but good pace of play.
- Please dress appropriately according to our dress code ( Link to dress code ) and maintain a smart appearance.
- Avoid casual use of mobile phones, which must be on silent mode at all times
- Show care for the course by repairing divots, raking bunkers, and repairing pitch marks
Be considerate of other golfers and course users, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere throughout your round.
