Junior Membership
The West Byfleet Golf Club have a very strong and up and coming Junior section.
The Club enters junior teams into the Guildford & District league, Rookies U/14 and U/18 leagues, Christies Cup and Royal British Legion knockout competitions, as well as holding a 36 hole Junior Club Championships, Junior Open and running various Stableford competitions throughout the year.
Junior Woodpecker Academy
West Byfleet Golf Club operates a very successful golf academy for children aged 9 to 15 which then allows for children to progress into junior membership of the Club.
Our next Junior Woodpecker Academy will start on 18th March 2023. Please click on the link below for more information, and to apply for a slot. The 18 week programme is subsidised by the club and therefore costs students just £200.

Adoption of England Golf Safeguarding Policies and Procedures
Members may be aware that England Golf recently launched a framework for clubs to ensure best practice with regard to safeguarding. Following a detailed review by the board I am pleased to advise members the club has adopted the Children and Young People Safeguarding Policy and Procedures and the Adult Safeguarding Policy and Procedures .
